Default Happy Veterans Day

I just wanted to take a moment to thank all the Veterans of the military and also the police force and fireman. From one veteran to another, thanks for your sacrifices made for this great country. This is the greatest country on Earth and it is people like in our military that keep it that way. God bless America and the soldiers of arms. Thank you and War Eagle!

Agreed, southside. I watched the memorial service yesterday as I waited on my wife at the OB appointment for boy in the oven while holding my youngest daughter. I had a mixed bag of emotions, some anger towards the coward and some heart felt sympathy for those that are grieving. I teared up as I looked down at my own child. Lets all pray for Gods mercy and love to fill these families hearts to give them encouragement and recovery.

As I was sitting there, looking at my little one, I couldnt help but be grateful that I am still here to see her. You see, this is why this day is such a great day. Its moments like that, that all should be aware that somewhere a father or mother, son or daughter, brother or sister, that can no longer look upon their loved because they paid the price along the way. The price that allows us to visit this very site and to share our many different opinions. I love you all and God bless you.

I will reflect my comment from the premium forum.

I appreciate that. I served as a Hospital Corpsman mostly rendering the medical needs for both the USN and USMC. Corpsmen are medical support personnel who serve along side the Marines on the battlefield, on Naval ships, Naval medical ships, field hospitals, and land based medical hospitals.

Thanks!
