Default These quotes say it all

"They turned it over and had a lot of penalties, we didn't turn it over and had four penalties," said Cox, Georgia's quarterback. "As bad as it started out, we were able to stay in it. That's kind of been our thing all year."

“We have a good football team, but I don’t know how good anybody is when we turn the ball over,” Chizik said. “We’re not good enough to come back from that yet. A lot of teams aren’t.”

Joe Cox is a much better leader in the huddle than what Auburn has at QB. As the game went on Chris Todd looks like a deer in headlights. Georgia played like the game was important to them, the majority of Auburn players did not. Georgia should give game blls to the tigers OL, QB, and front 7.

BINGO! Georgia has been plagued all season by penalties and turnovers. I heard one of the game announcers mention early on that Georgia was the second most-penalized team this year! I also heard inetrviews on TV this week with Richt where he said they were focusing on those two problems coming in to last night. It worked.

He has told us all year that we are not as good as we need to be and each loss has reminded us of that. The reality is that this staff has done an admirable job so far using super glue and duct tape (or safety pins and band-aids) to hold this team together this year.

One more game, guys...change the band-aids and make sure the safety pins are secure! If all goes right, we have a chance to pull off a minor miracle.

We went deep and they stayed shallow. We can count and they can't. We didn't have a clue and they helped us find one.
