5. See #3 above.

#6 was a sarcastic comment on my part. My thought process is every bit as coherent as yours.

I am not drinking koolaid or wearing rose-colored glasses. I am a realist and do not subscribe to the notion that our school is ALWAYS right. It's well documented that we have made our share of mistakes.

If I have offended anyone here, I do apologize. It certainly was not my intent. The "hate talk" that tigertronics referred to in a previous post gets real old and I guess it got the better of me.
you did not offend me...so no problem there my apologies if I messed up your daily Mai Tai and beautiful coastal sunset

as for what I have heard and what you have heard......the only public accurate information that has been released is the original police report. All other evidence is SEALED......got it? you have heard no evidenciary facts at all , NOT A ONE and neither has anyone else not associated with the criminal court proceedings.

and no, looking at all the evidence in this post, your thought process ON THIS MATTER is not as coherent as mine or many others.

lets try one more time:

no one is saying AU and Her people are ALWAYS right in all situations....the conversation is about the CIVIL CASE and WHO IS BEHIND IT....not the criminal charges that have been handled in a CLOSED hearing.

In one of your statements above you clearly stated that you agree with the majority...that uat is involved in this situation (ie the CIVIL CASE) and being involved takes MONEY and it does not take a rocket scientist to figure out where the money and motivation is coming from.

as for just "yanking our chain"....if you truly believe that is ALL they are trying to accomplish...just some "good ol' natured ribbing"....then your mental faculties, as applied to this matter, have certainly "sailed out to sea"

I guess we can agree to disagree. I respect your opinion. Still, I think some here tend to get a little overboard here with the whole conspiracy thing.......

I'm not as cynical as some folks.

I listened to the interview as well. When someone pointed out that Smith didn't have any money............she (Crew) quickly retorted "YET!".

This to me meant that she was going to somehow get a judgement and then wait on the settlement after Smith got a professional contract. I am no lawyer and so may be off-base on that.

Listen, my friend Beach.

I'm not going to say that I know what happened. I believe that neither do you. All that I've heard, or you've heard are 'stories', not the actual narrative.

The case was filed with the criminal court, and the judge has decided the punishment. court has filed it's ruling. Eric Smith got his punishment and that case is closed.

You have two years to file a CIVIL lawsuit for damages. Now riddle me this, why did that ambulance chaser b!tch pick ONE WEEK BEFORE IB to file the civil suit? What 'punishment' through civil lawsuit?

I, and many others commenting here have actually READ the civil lawsuit. Our comments on the absurdities of the lawsuit (filed by a divorce lawyer, by the way) are, thus, based on facts. A neutral judge will throw them out in the blink of an eye. A REC judge will play with it.

Have you read the lawsuit filed in the civil court?
