At the end of the article he wrote: "NOTE: I will be posting the lawsuit as soon as Blogger.com gets its act together and lets us post pictures again."

Yes it's been posted. you probably need to clear your cache or something. I don't know how you do it in IE or whatever you are using. I use Opera .. so I don't have that problem.

anywho.. for example here's page 1 : JPG file .. page 1.
