Default Do other schools have a REC equivalent ?

We all know that spuat has their REC (Red Elephant Club). They hold their meetings over different parts of the state and every now and then their saviour, $atan, graces them with his appearance. The REC is a very powerful force in this state. If you ever read any of John "Stump" Thrower's (RIP) stories, they pretty much took him down. They are "deep pocket" bammers who "donate" money to different "causes".

My question is....do any other SEC schools have an equivalent organization like bammer's REC?

Most likely not. Only bammer can afford one.

Believe me...it is a very exclusive club. They have a certain number of members. One has to get out before another can be admitted. The prospective member has to be sponsored by other members and VENTED before being admitted. Much like the VP or cabinet members. It wouldn't surprise me if they had a secret handshake. As I have posted before...they are a powerful organization with plenty of money...do not underestimate them.

Does anybody wonder (like me) if the REC had anything to do with a certain lawyer appearing on a certain scumbag's radio show yesterday trying to do damage to AU by discussing legal action agaist an individual? The timing of all this is just too obvious and reeks of REC involvement.

Geez, it's an Auburn student that is suing (sp) Eric Smith, not a bammer.

I don't believe there are any black helicopters involved in this one.

Based on Finebaum's comments (I know, I know) after having seen video of the incident, the attack sounds like it was pretty brutal and Smith is in deep doodoo.
