Default So how many do we have to win to have a shot at the NCAA tournament?

LSU this weekend at home for sure. How many wins in the SEC tourney?

we have to win three more to be a lock.....anything less and we leave it up to others to decide & AU probably does not fair well in that discussion.....

Scenario 1: beat LSU and win two in St. Pete......NCAA bid

Scenario 2: lose to LSU and win three in St. Pete.......receive automatic bid as SECT Champion

Survive & Advance

I've listened and read everything I can find.

Auburn either wins the tournament or it's the NIT.

I agree with Galen, we have to win the tournament.

It's not me. If I was picking the field, Auburn would be in. But I don't get to make the call.

There is still too much bb left to be played to make any predictions. Of course, we could just end all the speculation by winning the tourney.

I think with LSU losing tonight...we need to win the tournament. Before LSU's loss I would have said (despite what the experts are saying right now) beat LSU and make it to the finals of the tournament...not so optimistic now.

Sorry EA starting to lose the optimism I had this afternoon...like you said Survive & Advance...win and move on...lose and go home. I like our chances with a 1st Round Bye and the way Lebo has these guys playing right now of winning the tournament.

LSU losing last night might not hurt us if we make it to the SEC finals and end up with the 2nd best conference record before and after the SEC. Ending up as the 2nd best team in the SEC is a pretty strong statement for getting into the NCAA.

You said this twice.

You were wrong both times. Well, not wrong, but YOUR idea of a strong statement will not resonate with the people doing the picking. That's pretty clear.
