All-America linebacker Jake Holland is one of 11 Alabamians who signed with Auburn/AuburnUndercover.com
Auburn linebacker commitments LaDarius Owens and Jake Holland were on opposite sidelines again last Friday night.

Owens and Jess Lanier defeated Pelham and Holland 10-3 in the first round of the Alabama playoffs in Bessemer. Owens said the game said it was fun to go up against Holland again.

“It was a quick game with a lot of running plays,” Owens told us. “We made some mistakes, but the most important thing was we got the win. And it was fun to go up against Jake for the second time this year.”

Jess Lanier and Pelham played in a spring scrimmage before this season. Owens said he was glad to get the win, and the next four years will be fun with Holland.

“It was all fun, and now we will have something to talk about for the next four years,” Owens said.
