I’ll be going on vacation Thursday morning, taking a few days away from AuburnUndercover.com for the first time since we went online last July 1. Tom Peavy will be on top of things in these parts.
I’ll leave some stories behind and I’ll check in from time to time, but I’m going to try to disconnect from Auburn athletics for a few days. I’ll be back on Monday, and it will be time to start the sprint toward another football season, my 41st as a sports writer.
It’s going to be a fun year. It always is when there is a coaching staff change. There are so many stories still to be told. I look forward to following it all and sharing it with our treasured subscribers.
But, for now, Teresa and I are going to spend some time together, soak up some sun and, no doubt, eat too much.
