RIVERVIEW, Fla. - Former Auburn defensive end Edmund Nelson’s grandson, George Selvie III, is a national recruit with two dozen plus offers. 

But it’s one from the Tigers that’s he waiting on.

Nelson was a Second Team All-SEC player for the Tigers in 1981. He also won the Cliff Hare Award and Shug Jordan Award that year, too. 

He later went onto the NFL where he played for Pittsburgh, New Orleans and New England from 1982-1988.
