Raley Reflections: A first game that felt like a first game

“You can use whatever cliche you want, game of inches. It most certainly is in every way.”

Those were just a few of the words that Auburn Head Coach Alex Golesh told the media following his first win donning the orange and blue. It always has been said in a slightly casual way that football, and many sports, are a game of inches. We as people do not truly come to think about that conclusion until after it actually happens.
