Auburn target Montravious Clay makes his case against nation’s No. 1 WR

LEESBURG, Ga. - When the nation’s No. 1 wide receiver Nicholas Lennear is ‘held’ to five catches for 62 yards and two touchdowns in a game, eyes open.

Those of college recruiters have done just that for cornerback Montravious Clay.

The junior cover man limited the five-star recruit for Carol City helping Lee County to a 23-20 victory August 28.

“Press man,” Clay recently told Auburn Undercover at his high school.
