The Auburn Tigers cruised to a comfortable win in their home opener over the Southern Miss Golden Eagles, winning by a score of 43-8, moving Alex Golesh’s squad to 2-0 on the season before heading into conference play next week.

The Tigers got into control of the game early, thanks to a pick six on the first play from scrimmage by cornerback Andre Jordan Jr., putting them up 7-0 from the jump.
