Raley Reflections: 666 days later, Auburn is still searching for answers

After a high-scoring loss to the Florida Gators, the Auburn Tigers have a lot to fix. But by my count, there are things that are needing to be fixed for the past 666 days.

When you look at a calendar, there is little that is generally significant about Nov. 23, specifically from 2024 on.

For the Auburn Tigers though, there is significance in that date. In the clear, cold darkness on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2024, the Tigers were up 21-0 on the No. 15 Texas A&M Aggies in their final home game of the season.

As quickly as they built that lead, they lost it. With 7:57 left in the third quarter of play, Mike Elko’s Aggies had tied it at 21-21.
